Contest Rules and Regulations
HOW TO ENTER
The contest begins on July 16, 2026, 10:00 am (EST). Limit of one electronic entry per day per person at www.vaccines411.ca. Electronic entries must be received before 3:00 pm (EST) January 20, 2027 (“Contest Closing Date”). An electronic copy is created by filling out the contest form and subscribing to the Vaccines411.ca newsletter.
PRIZE DETAILS
$300 total in prizes: (3) three $100 gift cards.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash.
THE DRAW
Three (3) random draws from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date will be made on January 22, 2027 at FR@SNM office in Saint-Lazare, Quebec; all in accordance with the procedure established in the Contest Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the numbers of eligible entries received. A representative of FR@SNM will notify the selected entrants by e-mail within ten (10) days of the draw date listed above. If any of the three selected entrants cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, or do not meet all of the contest conditions, they forfeit any rights to the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL RULES
The contest is conducted by FR@SNM and is open to all persons residing in Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. Employees of FR@SNM, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or persons whom they are domiciled with are not eligible to enter the contest. All decisions of the jury are final. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. It is null and void where prohibited by law.
By entering the contest and/or accepting the prize, entrants consent to the use of their name in any publicity or advertisement carried out by FR@SNM and on the list of winners without further compensation. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded.
The Winner by acceptance of the prize agrees to release FR@SNM, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, promotional partner, and fulfillment house (the “Releases”) from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever.
FR@SNM and its agents are not responsible for technical, computer, printing, distribution, or production errors and may terminate or withdraw any contest found to contain such errors without liability and without notice, at their sole discretion. FR@SNM reserves the right to reject any entry form that is incomplete, illegible or that contains a human or mechanical error and to proceed with another entry form. FR@SNM will not be responsible for the failure or malfunction of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment affecting participation in or any other aspect of this contest.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English language rules and the French language rules, the English rules shall prevail.
